JST Sequencing Project is in progress on the following 7 chromosomes and sequencing is conducted by four sequencing teams contracted with JST.
JST sequence Regions are targets to sequence for JST human genome sequencing project.
JST regions are at least 1 MB continuous regions that are selected for biological interest by JST sequencing teams.
The regions consist of team sequencing region(s).
Maps and sequencing data are shown via either selection of a chromosome name or a cytogenetic region through the table. Information about JST sequencing teams is also available by clicking on an organization name. |
